DELIVERY

Designed For:

Teams that need to move from AI awareness to AI conviction, ensuring everyone on the team has a shared vocabulary, clear opportunity map, and confidence to act.

CONDITIONS FOR INTERVENTION

You need this
when you are dealing with...

AI Literacy Gap

Your leadership team is making investment decisions about AI without a shared understanding of what the technology can and cannot do.

Strategy Without Signal

It is difficult to set priorities, allocate capital, or choose partners when the people making the calls have not spent real time at the edge of the market.

Hype  Overload

Your team knows AI matters, but the volume of models, vendors, claims, and use cases has made it harder to see what is actually relevant.

Offsite Risk

Your next leadership offsite needs to produce alignment on AI strategy — not just another round of presentations and breakout sessions.

Misaligned Conviction

Some leaders see AI as existential. Others see it as overhyped. The team can’t commit to a direction because they’re not on the same page.

Innovation Theater

There’s pressure to “do something with AI” and the path of least resistance is a showcase project that looks good but produces nothing.

CHOOSE YOUR FORMAT

Three levels of depth.
One standard of rigor.

Infusion
SPARK

Concentrated half-day session delivered virtually and/or onsite at your location.

A curated AI briefing designed for teams that need rapid alignment. Includes expert-led sessions on the AI landscape relevant to your industry, live demonstrations of frontier capabilities, and a structured working session to map business implications.

Your team leaves with a shared vocabulary, a clearer picture of what’s real, and a set of questions worth answering next.

Best for leadership teams exploring AI for the first time or needing to align before a strategic planning cycle.

Infusion
LAB

Focused single or multi-day off-site that moves teams from understanding to execution.

A multi-day immersive session combining expert presentations/discussions, hands-on workshops, structured ideation, and direct engagement with AI builders and operators.

The team doesn’t just learn about AI; they work with it, stress-test assumptions against their own business, and begin building a prioritized opportunity portfolio. Includes structured reflection sessions, and a collaborative AI opportunity mapping workshop.

Best for teams ready to move from awareness to committed action.

Infusion
EXPEDITION

On-location experience at innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, New York,  Boston, Tel Aviv)

The full Infusion experience.

A multi-day journey to one of the world’s leading innovation ecosystems, with curated meetings with AI founders, venture capitalists, frontier research labs, and companies building the technologies that will reshape your industry.

Every meeting is selected for relevance to your business (not pulled from a generic tour roster).

Includes structured working sessions between visits, daily synthesis and reflection, and a culminating strategy session that produces a board-ready AI narrative and 90-day action plan.

Best for executive teams making high-stakes AI investment decisions that require firsthand exposure to what’s possible.

WHAT YOU GET

Impact that outlasts the experience.

You don't get yet another offsite.

You get a curated, hands-on, experience designed to sharpen judgment, accelerate fluency, and produce actionable next steps.

Curated Executive Agenda

Bespoke design of the immersion around your strategic questions, participant mix, industry context, and desired outcomes, including preparation, briefing materials, and session flow.

Direct Market Exposure

Structured access to relevant founders, operators, investors, experts, tools, and working examples so leaders engage with what is actually happening, not what vendors say is happening.

Facilitated Opportunity Mapping

Working sessions that turn insights into company-specific implications, stress-test assumptions, and identify the most relevant opportunities, risks, and decisions.

90-Day Activation Brief

A practical synthesis of key takeaways, prioritized actions, build/buy/partner implications, and a sequenced next-step plan with owners and milestones.

METHODOLOGY

Executive exposure
becomes strategic action,
because infusions are built,
not booked.

01

Focus & Curation

We conduct 1-on-1 interviews with key stakeholders to understand the team’s AI maturity, business priorities, and the specific decisions the Infusion should inform. Every session, speaker, company visit, and working exercise is then selected and sequenced around your business context — not pulled from a catalog.

02

Infusion & Interaction

Meetings with AI founders, VCs, researchers, and operators who are building (not selling). Hands-on working sessions where the team applies what they’re learning to their own business in real time. Structured reflection between sessions to synthesize insights and surface strategic implications.

03

Synthesis & Activation

A collaborative working session (not a wrap-up presentation) where the team maps what they’ve seen and heard against their business realities.

The output: a shared strategic narrative, prioritized AI opportunity portfolio, and a 90-day action plan with goals and named owners.

Every Infusion starts with a conversation about what your team needs to see, hear, and decide. That conversation takes 30 minutes.

IMPACT

What changes afterward.

We replace scattered AI awareness with shared strategic conviction. The difference shows up in every investment decision, vendor conversation, and board discussion that follows.

A leadership team that speaks the same language about AI (its capabilities, its limits, and its relevance to your business).

A prioritized set of AI opportunities evaluated against your actual organizational readiness.

Conviction rooted in firsthand exposure, not secondhand reports or vendor marketing.

A clear action plan that translates the experience into decisions within 90 days.

BEFORE INFUSION
  • AI conversations produce more questions than answers. People have different assumptions about what’s real and what’s hype.

  • AI knowledge comes primarily from vendors selling solutions, media covering extremes, and conferences designed to inspire rather than inform.

  • There’s pressure to show an AI strategy, but no shared foundation to build one from.

  • Individual executives may be informed, but teams can’t align on where to invest or what to prioritize.

AFTER INFUSION
  • The leadership team has seen AI in action — not in a keynote, but in the context of businesses that resemble theirs.

  • Discussions about AI investments start from shared understanding instead of competing assumptions.

  • The team has a ranked portfolio of AI opportunities with the supporting logic to present them to the board.

  • The gap between “interested in AI” and “executing on AI” has been closed.

DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH

Executive immersion without innovation tourism.

Bespoke, Not Programmatic

Every Infusion is designed from scratch around your team’s context, maturity level, and the decisions you’re facing. No two Infusions follow the same agenda. This is not an open-enrollment program you join alongside other companies.

Unsponsored Access

The founders, VCs, and operators your team meets are selected for relevance, not because they paid to present. We have no vendor partnerships, no referral arrangements, and no incentive to recommend any particular platform or solution.

Output, Not Just Exposure

Most innovation tours end with inspiration. Infusion ends with deliverables: an opportunity map, a prioritized portfolio, and a 90-day action plan. The experience is designed to produce decisions, not just impressions.

NOT THIS

Large Firm Approach

Pre-packaged agendas, open-enrollment groups, sponsored sessions from companies paying to present, and a final dinner with no actionable follow-through.

INSTEAD THIS

Executive
Infusion

A private, curated engagement built for your team and your business — where every meeting is selected for relevance and every session ends with something your team can use.

As an executive, I was invited to countless
“innovation tours” that were just innovation tourism
that produced zero business impact.

Infusion is different because every session
earns its place on the agenda
by connecting to a decision
your team actually needs to make.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions, straight answers

  • It can be any of the three. Infusion is designed as a flexible format: a focused one-day lab, a multi-day executive offsite, or a week-long immersion in an innovation hub such as Silicon Valley, New York, or Tel Aviv. The right version depends on your objectives, participant group, and how much exposure versus synthesis you want.

  • No. Training is part of the value, but the point is broader. Infusion is a strategic experience built to improve executive judgment, create shared exposure, and help leadership translate what they see into concrete organizational decisions and opportunities.

  • That depends on the format, but it typically includes some combination of executive interviews, curated briefing materials, live tool sessions, expert conversations, founder or investor discussions, company visits, facilitated workshops, reflection sessions, and structured opportunity mapping. The goal is not maximum activity. It is the right mix of exposure and synthesis.

  • Usually the senior leadership team, a business-unit leadership group, or a smaller cross-functional set of decision-makers. The format works best when the people in the room have enough authority to influence strategy, investment, operating priorities, or capability building afterward.

  • Both are possible. Some clients want an in-person immersion in an innovation hub. Others want a tightly designed virtual or on-site session without travel. The design principle is the same in either case: direct exposure, active participation, and a concrete post-session action path.

  • Yes. AI is the initial public-facing focus because that is where client urgency is highest and where Vorpal Hedge has a strong point of view. But the format is adaptable to any topic where leaders need rapid exposure, expert access, and a structured way to convert insight into action.

  • You leave with a clearer shared understanding of the landscape, a curated record of the most relevant insights, an opportunity map tailored to your business, and a 90-day activation brief that identifies what to explore, test, prioritize, or defer.

  • Speaker programs are usually content delivery. Infusion is a designed intervention.

The participants are prepared in advance, the sessions are sequenced against specific strategic questions, and the experience ends with facilitated synthesis and a practical action agenda. It is not a collection of interesting talks.

  • Infusion Spark can be stood up in 2–3 weeks. Infusion Lab typically requires 3–4 weeks for proper curation and logistics. Infusion Expedition requires 4–8 weeks depending on the destination and the availability of the specific people and companies we want your team to meet. The higher the specificity you want, the more lead time helps.

  • The optimal group is 5–15 senior leaders.

Small enough for meaningful interaction in every session. Large enough to represent the cross-functional perspectives needed for strategic alignment. Larger groups can be accommodated for Spark-format sessions; Expedition works best with a focused leadership cohort.

  • We handle agenda design, speaker and company curation, session facilitation, and all the strategic deliverables. Travel, lodging, and meal logistics are managed by your team or a travel coordinator of your choosing. We provide a detailed logistics framework and itinerary to make coordination straightforward.
