We jointly baseline and target KPIs. Fee is a percentage of the value we help create.
If we add no value, you pay no fee.
For projects that are both strategic and financial:
Reduced fixed fee covering basic engagement costs, plus compensation from performance bonuses tied to pre-defined outcomes.
For discrete, short-term cases / engagements:
One flat fee; includes a satisfaction guarantee. If you don't feel you received real value, we refund, adjust or make it right to your satisfaction.
